We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our fashion store team in Southsea, playing a key role in daily operations and team support.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
You will inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values. Your contributions will include:
Our stores operate in a fast-paced environment and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Due to the volume of donations, the role can be physically demanding but rewarding, as you contribute to funding life-saving research.
