Assistant Manager - Flagship Venue in Harrow

Salary: £29,162 Inclusive of London Weighting Allowance per annum + attractive bonus scheme

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (flexible shifts)

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Venue Manager in driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensure the venue operates efficiently and meets compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, enhancing their gaming experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or gaming.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and achieving results.
• The ability to speak additional languages such as Romanian, Spanish or Italian would be advantageous.
