Dealz is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering outstanding service and store standards every day.

You’ll be at the heart of the store, helping drive performance, hit targets, and ensure smooth operations from customer service to stock management and loss prevention. With a people-focused approach, you’ll inspire your team and develop future leaders, while keeping the store safe and welcoming.

• Previous retail experience and leadership skills.
• Experience in driving sales and delivering great store standards.
• Ability to coach and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

Join us here at Dealz as an Assistant Store Manager and play a key r ole in supporting the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver amazing service and outstanding store standards every day.

You’ll be right at the heart of the store, helping drive performance, hit targets, and make sure everything runs smoothly, from customer service and team coaching to stock management, operational excellence, and loss prevention. With your support, the store will be a safe, welcoming, and well‑organised environment for our colleagues and customers alike.

A confident, people focused approach is essential. You’ll inspire your team, develop future succession, and lead by example, while keeping an eye on sales, performance, and the day‑to‑day operations of a busy retail store.

Previous retail experience and essential people leadership skills will help you thrive, along with strong organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑moving environment.
