This industry leading retailer is looking for an assistant store manager to join its Gatwick based team. The company, home to a variety of luxury accessories and fragrances, is big on internal progression and development, providing clear pathways to grow internally.
The role will entail, being a customer service champion, driving optimal service through your team and orchestrating on the shop floor to maximise profits. Providing training and upskilling your team will also fall under your jurisdiction, whilst oversight of a department will also be required.
Coming from a background in retail management, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for service, with clear ideas on how to set a positive morale in store, to improve the customer experience. A proactive approach, with capability to handle a multitude of tasks will allow for success in the role.
