JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will represent the brand image and values, working alongside the Store Manager to manage store operations and the team effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and exploring profit opportunities
• Setting daily and weekly sales targets to enhance store performance
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance through reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
• Managing store costs and operations such as stock, payroll, admin, and rotas
• Inspiring, motivating, and developing the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
• Assuming store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
• Maintaining high visual standards across the store

Ideal candidate profile:

• Passionate about the brand and aligned with our values
• Strong customer service skills with experience leading and developing a team
• Experience in working with KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties
