Costa Coffee in Scotland (Cumbernauld) is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front, own the store and drive performance with energy and teamwork.

You'll manage stock, labour, training and reward, inspire your team, and maximise every sales opportunity while upholding brand standards and delivering memorable customer experiences. The role offers a competitive salary with a quarterly bonus and extensive training to help you grow within the business.
