What You’re Responsible For

• Leading the team and managing all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe.
• Prioritizing safety for yourself, your team, and customers, in line with bp policies and procedures.
• Ensuring legal and safety compliance in all store operations, e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations.
• Delivering excellent customer service by focusing on fundamentals, listening to customers, and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting team management tasks, including engagement, development, training, recruitment, and other people-related responsibilities.
