BT plc in Ipswich is hiring a Retail Advisor to assist customers, process sales and support store operations. This role offers a part-time 20-hour schedule with hours aligned to store trading times.

Aims include delivering great service and meeting targets while enjoying on-target commission and a range of BT EE benefits. No prior retail experience is required as full training is provided; candidates should be friendly, adaptable and customer-focused, capable of working across shifting patterns,
