The Northern Ireland Housing Executive invites applications for an Assistant Solicitor (Land & Property) to join their Legal Services team in Belfast with travel across NI. You will undertake and assist in providing professional legal advice across a range of matters and work under the supervision of Senior Solicitors to maintain a high-quality service.

You will participate in a two-to-three-year development programme, focusing on land and property work, with potential progression to Band 7 on

Qualificações

• Possess a degree or equivalent level (Level 6*) qualification.
• Be a solicitor of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland qualified to practice in Northern Ireland.
• Can demonstrate at least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in the provision or assisting in the provision of legal advice and assistance in relation to general title issues including undertaking residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Can demonstrate: (to be assessed at Interview) Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making skills; Strong organisational skills to manage a busy caseload; Ability to work well under pressure of multiple deadlines; Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills; Willingness and ability to work collegiately.
• Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport to meet the requirements of the post in full.
