Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the North West is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a flagship residential development in Carnforth. You will work alongside an experienced Site Manager to help deliver the project safely, on programme and to the high-quality standards the business is known for.

You will coordinate day-to-day site operations, liaise with subcontractors, monitor health and safety, support quality inspections and NHBC readiness.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Experience working on new-build residential housing developments is preferred.
• CSCS Card is required; First Aid at Work is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of site operations.
• Coordinating subcontractors and trade packages.
• Monitoring health & safety compliance across the development.
• Supporting quality control inspections and customer care standards.
• Ensuring work is delivered in line with programme requirements.
• Assisting with NHBC inspections and quality audits.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Driving high standards of housekeeping and presentation across the site.
