Knightwood Associates Limited, a leading national housebuilder, is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a Warwickshire residential development. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day running, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Candidates with experience in traditional build housing and SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid would be advantageous. The role offers a competitive salary (£52,000) + package and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience on residential developments with traditional build housing.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong on-site leadership and coordination skills.
