Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a national housebuilder on a residential development in Basingstoke. The role is a 6-month contract, overseeing the build from roof stage to CML and ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery on site.

You will report to the Project Manager, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and drive snagging and plot completions while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Site Manager in a residential developer role.
• Experience on traditional build developments.
• Strong knowledge of internal finishing stages and plot completions.
• Excellent organisational and subcontractor management skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Managing plots from roof stage through to CML.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with build programmes and quality standards.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.

Assistant Site Manager required - national Houebuilder - Basingstoke

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a leading National Housebuilder on a residential development in Basingstoke.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a 6 month contract on a development consisting of traditional build houses and flats.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the build process froom roof stage throught to CML whilst ensuring plots are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing plots from roof stage through to CML
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring works are completed in line with build programmes and quality standards
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Managing snagging, inspections and plot completions
• Reporting progress directly to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manaegr for 2 years with a residential developer
• Experience working on traditional build developments
• Strong knowledge of internal finishing stages and plot completions
• Excellent organisational and subcontractor management skills
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First aid
