Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager in UK residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the site.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage site documentation and records.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Support in preparing site reports.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Keep the site tidy and organised.
