Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support delivery of a residential development in the Home Counties. Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll help manage the development through to completion, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are achieved while maintaining high standards across site.

Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, trades and materials, attending Sales/Build meetings, inspecting show homes, deputising for the Site

• Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, direct labour and materials in line with the build programme
• Help ensure programme, quality and cost targets are achieved
• Work closely with the Sales team and attend regular Sales/Build meetings
• Carry out inspections of show homes and ensure required procedures are followed
• Support and help manage the on-site construction team
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and customer service
• Support the development through to completion and handover
