Assistant Site Manager - Tier One Residential House Builder - Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire

Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for an Assistant Site Manager to work for a large new build residential contractor / developer on a scheme they are building in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire

The site is 100 units in total comprising 51 homes for rent and 49 shared ownership and a combination of 1 and 2 bed apartments mixed with 2 and 3 bedroom houses.

It’s a traditional build (brick and block) development and will form part of a large community development

Ideally we are seeking an Assistant Site Manager who is strong on the finishes side and able to manage trades and hand over units. Experience on SnagR would be an advantage.

This role present a good opportunity to be joining a growing region of this business, and whoever is successful will have another local project to go onto next with good scope for promotion.

The salary is negotiable dependent on experience and will be accompanies with a good package including:

£5,500 car allowance,

Pension at 5% matched

Performance related bonus - over 10% is achievable
