Qualifications

• Proven house building experience required.
• Eager to progress career with a reputable developer.
• Strong understanding of traditional build methods and NHBC standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site operations and drive progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades daily.
• Monitor build programmes and site progress.
• Maintain health and safety across the site.
• Conduct quality inspections and snagging.
• Ensure NHBC standards are met throughout construction.
• Support customer care during handover stages.
• Maintain site records and report progress to senior management.
