Job summary

The Other House is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager position on a flagship 280-unit residential development in Heybridge, Essex. The role is site-based and offers up to £55,000 plus a package, with progression opportunities in a leading PLC house builder.

You will assist with on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, manage safety, and ensure quality inspections and NHBC standards are met while supporting handover with customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume house building.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to drive production whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Good understanding of NHBC requirements.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong leadership potential.

Responsibilities
