Assistant Site Manager – Canary Wharf in London is seeking an experienced construction professional to support site operations on regeneration projects valued up to £700m. • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained across projects.
• Assist with delivery of production requirements in line with technical and planning docs.

They offer a variety of first class comprehensive services with a very good client relationships due to having a track record of success of completing projects on time, to budget and to the very highest standards.

Due to their growing success and innovative business they are currently seeking an ambitious experienced freelance Construction Manager to come aboard the team.

Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the development team to certify the site is going to plan and to budget.
• Support the Site Manager in managing all site resources including and overseeing the Sub- Contractors.
• Ensure that Health and Safety standards are maintained through all projects
• Assist with delivery of all aspects of production requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation
