Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a high-volume traditional build scheme in Hertfordshire. You will oversee around 50 houses from groundwork through to handover, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works stay on programme.

The role requires a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate, with the project running until 2029. This is a temp-to-perm position on a large 200-unit development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee around 50 houses from groundwork through to handover.
• Manage subcontractors on site and monitor works to programme.
• Ensure health and safety on site and report progress to Site Manager/Project Manager.

Job description

I'm currently working with PLC house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Assistant Site Manager, for their high volume traditional build scheme in Hertfordshire. The project consists of 200 units, mixture of traditional build houses and flats.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing around 50 houses, from groundwork's through to handover. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, managing health and safety on site, ensuring the works are run to the programme and reporting into the Site Manager and Project Manager on site.

The build programme is due until 2029. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate. This is a temp to perm position here.
