Ideal candidate

• 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
• You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Residential developer experience.
• A strong track record as an Assistant Site Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion.
• Having worked on residential schemes.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate,
• First Aid Certificate.
