Job summary

Vistry Partnerships Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Leicester site in Sileby. You will support the Site/Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee timber frame construction from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety across the build.

The role requires experience with timber frame delivery, site coordination, and strong communication with trades and partners. A proactive, safety-first approach and the ability to manage timelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of timber frame unit delivery is preferable.
• Experience in managing site budgets, schedules and resources.
• Strong health and safety awareness and compliance at large timber frame sites.
• Customer-facing communication and coordination with partners, trades and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site/Project Manager in planning, coordinating and overseeing construction from start to finish.
• Support in managing budgets, schedules, resources and teams.
• Liaise with Partners, Customers, contractors and stakeholders; handle risks and issues.
• Attend and support weekly site meetings, promote communication, standards and safety.
• Maintain site presentation, documentation and inductions; ensure health and safety compliance.
