We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new build housing development near to hinckley on a freelance basis.
Role Details:
* Start Date: 19/05/2025
* Location: Hinckley
* Duration: 1 weeks cover
* Project: Timber Frame Housing
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations
* Coordinating trades and ensuring health & safety on site
* Helping to maintain build quality and time lines
* Assisting with site paperwork, inspections, and handover procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience in residential construction
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Strong communication and organisational skills
