Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is supporting a leading UK house builder by recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a South West London residential project. This cover role requires immediate availability and oversight of final handovers under the Senior Site Manager.

You will take units from finals through to handover, coordinate subcontractors on site, and report to the SSM on site. Essential CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.

Job description

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager to oversee final handovers on their new build residential project in South West London.

As an ASM, you will be responsible for taking units from finals through to handover, managing subcontractors on site and reporting into the SSM on site.

This is cover work, which could last a couple of weeks and you must be readily available to start. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
