Job summary

TSR seeks an Assistant Site Manager for a busy new build housing project in Gosberton (PE11). The role supports the Site Manager, coordinates trades, and maintains safety and quality on site.

You will monitor progress, assist with documentation, and help ensure the project runs safely, efficiently and to programme. Relevant SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid qualifications and experience on housing developments are required.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS card required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
