Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new build housing project in Gosberton (PE11), starting ASAP. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations and help ensure the programme is met.

You will coordinate trades, monitor quality and safety, assist with site documentation and reporting, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on site.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS card required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience on new build housing developments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
