About the Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations on a range of exciting new-build housing developments. From ensuring health & safety compliance to coordinating trades and assisting with quality control, this is a key opportunity to grow your leadership skills on high-quality residential projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the management of site activity to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
• Supporting subcontractor coordination and materials scheduling
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation
• Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and the wider site team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant site management role, ideally in housebuilding
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualifications (or working towards)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to learn from an experienced and supportive team
• A full UK driving licence
