Assistant Site Manager

Are you a proven and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager seeking a new role with a renowned developer?

We are working with a leading industry brand to strengthen their on-site management team by appointing an Assistant Site Manager for a development in Midlothian.

Reporting to a Site Manager, your typical responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining up-to-date Health and Safety requirements and supporting each area.
  2. Assisting in keeping the build programme on track to meet targets.
  3. Conducting customer walk-arounds and handovers to ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Performing quality inspections to ensure work meets standards.
  5. Managing daily site activities, including coordinating labor and subcontractors.
  6. Liaising with contractors to keep the site and compound tidy and safe.

We seek a motivated, organized individual with strong management skills, confidence, and excellent stakeholder communication abilities.

A proven track record in delivering new build construction projects is essential. Experience in the housing industry is desirable. Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates are required.
