Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support a residential house build project in Glasgow. You will work with the Site Manager to keep the project on track, within budget, and up to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising trades, monitoring safety, scheduling materials, and liaising with suppliers and clients. A CSCS card is required; SMSTS/SSSTS are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management or similar role.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• CSCS card required, SMSTS/SSSTS desirable.

• Support scheduling, material orders, and deliveries.


• Ensure quality control and site cleanliness.


• Liaise with suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients.


• Report progress to the Site Manager and help resolve any site issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar role.


• Residential construction experience preferred.


• Valid CSCS card


• SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)


• Strong communication and organisational skills
