Job summary

Derby Moor Spencer Academy is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee efficient and effective site management, ensuring security, maintenance, cleanliness and the overall appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas in line with Spencer Academies Trust standards.

We are seeking to appoint an individual who:
  • To provide efficient and effective site management to the Academy ensuring the security, maintenance, cleanliness and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the Spencer Academies Trust standards.
  • The Assistant Site Manager will have delegated responsibility for premises decisions following appropriate discussion with the Facilities Manager.
  • In the absence of the Facilities Manager, provide effective line management of the site staff and cleaning team as appropriate to the staffing structure of the Academy.
