Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a six-week contract in High Wycombe, overseeing remedial and defect works on a completed residential development.

You will take over from the existing manager, coordinate trades, monitor quality, and ensure all remaining works are closed out within the six-week timetable. The role requires previous site management experience, valid safety certification, and readiness to start on Monday.

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a six-week contract on a completed residential development in High Wycombe.

You will be taking over from an existing manager and overseeing the completion of outstanding remedial and defect works. As the main construction phase is complete, the role will involve coordinating trades, monitoring quality and ensuring all remaining works are closed out efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors carrying out remedial works
• Inspecting completed work and maintaining high-quality standards
• Working through snagging and defect lists
• Monitoring health and safety across the site
• Providing regular progress updates to the project team
• Ensuring outstanding works are completed within the six-week programme

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on residential developments, ideally involving remedial works, snagging or project close-out.
