The role involves supporting the Site Manager, coordinating trades, checking build quality, and ensuring health & safety and programme requirements are met.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on site experience in traditional residential projects, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, plus scaffold knowledge.

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join an established residential developer on a new 90+ unit housing development in Cirencester.
This is a traditional build development with a higher-end product and a strong emphasis on build quality, presentation and finish. The scheme has an anticipated 2-3 year programme, offering excellent long-term security and the opportunity to see the development through multiple stages of delivery.
Working alongside the Site Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the development, coordinating trades and subcontractors while ensuring the required standards of quality, programme and health & safety are maintained.

Candidates must hold:
Scaffold Inspection or Scaffold Appreciation would be advantageous.
Previous experience working on traditional build residential developments is strongly preferred, particularly where you have been involved with managing trades, quality inspections and plots through the various stages of construction.
A salary of up to £50,000 + package is available, dependent upon experience.
