We are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager to join a 150-unit traditional housebuilder in Altrincham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in new build housing specifically traditional build to join an established developer on a 3-month contract.
The Role As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to support the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
You will be involved in coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining health & safety standards and helping to ensure the development remains on programme.
Essential Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build housing Traditional build experience is essential Experience working on residential developments Valid SMSTS or SSSTS Valid CSCS Valid First Aid Good knowledge of health & safety, quality and programme management Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to effectively support the Site Manager and wider site team Candidates must have previous new build housing experience and a strong understanding of traditional build construction.
