Job summary

Superdrug Stores Head Office in Croydon is seeking an Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager. The role focuses on planning and coordinating customer-facing promotional material across UK & Ireland stores, delivering best-in-class in-store marketing plans to attract customers and drive conversions.

You will work closely with Commercial, Own Brand and Store Operations teams, manage POS production with external agencies, ensure accurate communications, and support budgets and timelines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Marketing degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or shopper marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production and execution of customer-facing promotional material across UK&I stores.
• Create compelling in-store marketing plans to drive conversion and promotions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Own Brand, suppliers and agencies.
• Manage day-to-day production of POS material through external partners.
• Ensure promotions are communicated clearly and consistently in stores.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
