We are looking for experienced Assistant Shop Managers, who have a flexible approach to support different locations across Derby and Derbyshire.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that excellent customer service is always provided by every member of your team.
2. Inspire, motivate, train and energise your team to increase sales.
3. Ensure that the visual presentation of the shop is in accordance with Birds brand image.
4. Be compliant with Company policies and operational guidelines.

Shifts: Various shifts to include Sundays are available, with flexible working to cover staff holidays, sickness, and busy periods.

Experience:

1. Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential, with the skills and ability to drive and motivate staff performance.
2. A sound understanding of shop operations and standards for success.
3. A flexible attitude to working hours.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

1. A basic and practical knowledge of IT.
2. A good standard of English and Maths.
