The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We’re there for children, every step of the way.
This role sits within our Retail Division.
We are currently looking for an previously experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic, ambitious team in our shop in Burnham On Sea.
You'll be expected to assist the Shop Manager is all aspects of the retail business including driving sales, managing stock and donations, developing a team of volunteers and assisting the shop manager in growing the business within the local community.
A key part of this role will be your ability to work alongside the shop manager creating a harmonious and successful working relationship and you must have excellent communication skills.
