As our Assistant Shop Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a vibrant, customer-focused store that proudly showcases the British Red Cross on Guernsey. From energising the shop floor to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, no two days are the same. You'll create an inspiring shopping experience, lead a brilliant team of volunteers, and play a key role in their training, growth, and day-to-day motivation. Together, you'll turn compassion into action-one sale at a time.
