Location: Guernsey

Hours: 28 and 14 per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £23,850 per annum based on 35 hours per week

From energising the shop floor to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, no two days are the same. You’ll create an inspiring shopping experience, lead a brilliant team of volunteers, and play a key role in their training, growth, and day-to-day motivation.
