Responsibilities of Our Assistant Shop Manager

• Assist the Shop Manager to maximize shop income and profitability through safe daily operations and managing key performance indicators, supporting the work of Cats Protection.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Cats Protection, embodying the charity's values and behaviors, and taking responsibility for shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager.

• Our retail operation includes over 80 charity shops.
• Each shop has its own unique charm, thanks to our dedicated volunteers and staff. From vintage jewelry and jigsaws to harps and handbags, catering to customers seeking that special item or a missing piece.

What We’re Looking For in Our Assistant Shop Manager

• Experience or demonstrated learning from working in a relevant retail environment.
