Charity Shop Assistant Manager - Penrith (2 Roles)

Join our vibrant team at Oak Tree Animals’ Charity! We are seeking two dedicated Full-Time Assistant Managers for our Penrith Charity shop.

As part of our community-focused retail operation, you’ll play a key role in developing the business and leading our exceptional team of volunteers.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily shop activities and manage staff to achieve financial targets.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, including cash handling and Gift Aid processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Essential: Previous charity retail experience; desirable: furniture shop experience.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Confidence in working independently and managing a team.

This Role is Full Time, working 5 out of 7 days.
