Qualifications

• Experience working in a school setting, ideally with SEND pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support the SENCO in coordinating SEND provision across the school.
• Assist with EHCP reviews, intervention planning, and monitoring pupil progress.
• Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive appropriate support.
• Maintain accurate SEND records and documentation.
• Deliver targeted interventions and provide support to pupils with additional needs.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
