Job summary

Joseph Norton Academy is recruiting an Assistant SENCO to work closely with the SLT and support the SENCO in planning and delivering interventions for students with special educational needs. Qualifications

• An experienced practitioner with a strong track record in managing teams, delivering staff development and leading SEND/Equality initiatives for vulnerable children and their families
• Comprehensive knowledge of supporting pupils with diverse needs
