Parkdean Resorts in the United Kingdom seeks an Assistant Security Manager to lead a dedicated security team and ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience across our parks.

You will support the Security Manager, mentor the team, manage incidents, CCTV, and security data, and contribute to a positive security culture while delivering excellent service under pressure.

Formación

• SIA license (Door Supervision) and clean UK driving license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a security team.
• Experience managing budgets and rostering.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning resource levels for security coverage.
• Utilise team to patrol park and deter incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security instructions.
• Manage incidents, escalation and reporting.
• Oversee security systems and CCTV operations.
• Review security data using on-park systems.
• Conduct investigations with detailed statements and records.
• Identify vulnerabilities and liaise with local authorities.
• Attend management meetings to promote security awareness.
• Promote security awareness among colleagues.

Step into a key leadership role as our new Assistant Security Manager, where you'll help guide a dedicated security team and play a vital part in creating a safe, welcoming environment for every guest. You'll support the Security Manager day-to-day, while also helping to train, mentor, and elevate the wider team - ensuring our customers enjoy the very best experience from the moment they arrive on park.

What you will be doing...

• Assist in planning resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security.
• Utilising team members to effectively patrol the park, providing a deterrent and preventing situations where necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with security assignment instructions.
• Managing incidents and situation, ensuring correct escalation, and reporting.
• Managing security technology and CCTV.
• Using the on-park systems to review security Data.
• Carrying out full and unbiased investigations, providing detailed statements and reports, ensuring that all security activity has been recorded appropriately.
• Identifying security vulnerabilities and risks to the park.
• Liaising with local enforcement authorities for routine inspections and investigations.
• Attending Management and Regional Meetings to promote security awareness to colleagues when necessary.
• Promoting security awareness to colleagues.

About you...

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car)
• Excellent customer service skills & confident to communicate and influence.
• Ability to drive positive security culture within a team, and effectively help to manage and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness, with some ability to manage a budget and rota.
• Able to manage a high pressure, fast paced work environment.
