Are you a driven and experienced estate agent with a passion for property and a talent for winning new business?

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join a market-leading independent estate agency covering East London. This could be an experienced Senior Negotiator or Valuer looking to take the step up.

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the face of the business for the Sales division in East London, responsible for:

  • Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
  • Generating leads through local networking and proactive outreach
  • Agreeing deals and seeing them through to completion
  • Advising clients on the Sales process with confidence and expertise
  • Working closely with directors and wider team to drive the department forward
  • Covering key areas across East London with a focus on customer service and conversion
