Job summary

Stratstone at Porsche Centre Stockport is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive Finance and Insurance opportunities. You will build strong customer relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to a high standard of customer service.

You will steer enquiry management, motivate the team to convert prospects, and work toward meeting monthly sales targets while upholding brand standards and CSI performance.

• Identify gaps and address them with the Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback, review performance, and coach the team.

As Assistant Sales Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Sales, Enquiry Management, Finance and Insurance opportunities, driving a team performance while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

• Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
• Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
• Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
• Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
