Placements24 is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the management of a store in East London. The role involves assisting the Store Manager with daily operations, supervising staff, driving sales, and upholding service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will contribute to team development, inventory control, and maintaining a store environment conducive to sales, while adapting to diverse shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, and daily tasks.

• Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and conducting inventory counts accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards and operational protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment for staff and customers.
