Granger & Co. Chelsea is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team with warmth, pace and attention to detail. You will ensure smooth service, manage enquiries and support the training and rostering processes while championing our ingredient-led menu.

You will collaborate with the management team to maintain high hospitality standards, train staff, and create memorable guest experiences in a busy, daylight-to-evening environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in a hospitality setting.

• Ability to train, coach and develop staff while maintaining service standards.
