One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and events spaces. You will welcome guests, drive high standards, and motivate the team to exceed expectations, delivering exceptional service with a smile.

Experience in a similar quality restaurant is preferred and knowledge of food, wine and beverages is beneficial. Competitive benefits and staff discounts accompany the role.

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant, ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our 3 AA Rosette restaurant and our events spaces. Working hand in hand with the team, you’ll drive high standards, motivate the team, and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
