Middle Eight in London is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead from the front, driving revenue and maintaining high brand standards across F&B outlets. You will nurture a skilled team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to exceed guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, a true passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to nurture teams.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B outlets to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage Manager to drive revenue.
