KFC South West is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager in Torquay to lead the team, own daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll help reach performance goals while keeping the vibe welcoming and home-like for guests and staff alike.

You’ll guide the team, train and coach staff, manage rostering and stock, and ensure standards are consistently high across all shifts. If you’re driven, flexible, and ready to lead with authenticity, this role is for you.
