Key Responsibilities
- Engage with guests and team members to meet and exceed their needs
- Act as a coach and mentor to a large team, ensuring high engagement, people development, and retention
- Manage costs and revenue across all restaurant areas without compromising brand standards or quality
- Identify and develop areas for improvement, motivating the team to enhance the brand experience
- Maintain a sound understanding of the restaurant and hotel market to retain and increase the restaurant's competitive advantage through strategic and operational planning
- Proactively attract and select talent in line with company procedures and culture
