ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - Harrogate

Position: Full Time

Salary: Competitive rate of pay plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Hours: 45 hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests and team members to meet and exceed their needs
  • Act as a coach and mentor to a large team, ensuring high engagement, people development, and retention
  • Manage costs and revenue across all restaurant areas without compromising brand standards or quality
  • Identify and develop areas for improvement, motivating the team to enhance the brand experience
  • Maintain a sound understanding of the restaurant and hotel market to retain and increase the restaurant's competitive advantage through strategic and operational planning
  • Proactively attract and select talent in line with company procedures and culture
